2. Data processed
We may process account data, name, email address, authentication data, language, country, company information, customer and supplier data, invoice, quote and pro forma invoice content, PDF files, technical data, security logs and subscription-related data.
3. Google Sign-In
If you use Google Sign-In, we may receive your name, email address, identifier and, where applicable, profile image. Genfactu does not receive your Google password.
4. Invoices and content
We may store the information necessary to create and manage invoices, quotes and pro forma invoices. Users are responsible for ensuring that third-party data entered into Genfactu has an appropriate legal basis.
5. RevenueCat and subscriptions
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and synchronize Premium entitlements. Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Genfactu does not store full payment card details.
6. Google AdMob
The free version may display advertising through Google AdMob. Depending on applicable law and consent, advertising identifiers, technical information, IP address and advertising-related data may be processed for personalized or non-personalized advertising, measurement and fraud prevention.
7. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the service, manage accounts and documents, provide support, manage subscriptions, display advertising where applicable, protect security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legal obligation, consent or legitimate interest.
8. Providers
We may use hosting, storage, email, authentication, advertising and subscription providers, including Hetzner, MinIO, Piensa Solutions, Google, RevenueCat, Google Play and the Apple App Store.
9. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we will use safeguards recognized by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate.
10. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as necessary. After account deletion, certain data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, protect security, prevent fraud or establish, exercise or defend claims. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, secure credential storage, monitoring and backups.
11. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting privacy@genfactu.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
12. Account deletion
You may request deletion from the application when available or by contacting privacy@genfactu.com. We recommend exporting your documents before deleting your account. Google Play or Apple App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant platform.
13. Children
Genfactu is not intentionally directed at minors who do not have the legal capacity to use the service.
14. Communications
We may send communications necessary for security, verification, recovery, billing, subscriptions and important changes. Marketing communications will be subject to the applicable legal basis and consent where required.
