1. Plans

Genfactu may offer free and Premium plans. Features depend on the plan currently in effect.

2. Management

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the platform’s rules.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation must be made through the platform where the subscription was purchased. Uninstalling the application does not necessarily cancel the subscription.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Genfactu does not store full payment card details.

6. RevenueCat

RevenueCat enables subscription status management and synchronization of Premium entitlements across platforms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the purchasing platform and applicable law.

8. Price changes

We may change prices for new purchases or renewals, providing notice where required.

9. End of subscription

When the purchased period ends, Premium features may no longer be available. Data is not automatically deleted for this reason.
