3. Use
Genfactu provides technological tools to create, store, view and export documents. Users are responsible for reviewing their accuracy and legality.
4. Third-party data
Users are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis when entering data relating to customers, suppliers or other persons.
5. Tax responsibility
Genfactu does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Users are responsible for their own obligations and regulatory compliance.
6. Content
Users retain the rights to the content they enter and grant only the technical permissions necessary to provide the service.
7. Subscriptions
Premium features may require a subscription managed through RevenueCat and the applicable purchasing platform.
8. Advertising
The free version may display advertising through Google AdMob.
9. Prohibited use
Genfactu may not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, attacks, abuse, unauthorized automated extraction or actions that harm third parties.
10. Availability and suspension
We may perform maintenance or updates and suspend accounts in cases of serious breaches, fraud, security risks or legal requirements.
11. Intellectual property
The application, brand, code, designs and proprietary materials belong to EasyEnvoicing or its licensors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Genfactu is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by the user or uses contrary to these terms.
